Pre-Sales Course Description – Dialshree & other products
This course equips participants with end-to-end pre-sales skills for Dialshree, focusing on both technical and client-facing competencies. Participants will learn to:
Navigate the Dialshree system and configure user roles, access levels, and dashboards.
Create and manage outbound and inbound campaigns, including multi-level IVR design and call routing logic.
Understand agent workflows, call handling, dispositions, and quality control processes.
Generate reports, analyze key metrics, and demonstrate real-time campaign performance.
Integrate Dialshree with CRM systems via APIs and simulate omnichannel (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Webchat) routing.
Utilize supervisor tools such as Whisper, Barge, and 3-Way Call for monitoring, coaching, and escalations.
Build and deliver professional client demos, highlighting ROI, feature benefits, and solutions to business pain points.
By the end of the course, participants will be proficient in both the technical configuration and presales presentation of Dialshree, ready to showcase its value effectively to clients.
