Day 13 : Branding Module Setup; Text-To-Speech Integration

This lesson covers the setup of the Branding Module, Text-To-Speech (TTS) integration, branding awareness, and TTS API configuration. Learners will understand how to configure branding settings, integrate TTS for campaigns, and enhance customer interactions with personalized audio messages.

1. Branding Module Setup

Purpose: Client name and logo can be appear on agent and Admin Panel.

Details:

· Navigation: Access the Branding Module from the admin dashboard.

· Setup Steps:

o Define company brand identity, including name, logo, and messaging style.

o Assign branding to campaigns, call flows, and notifications.

o Maintain consistency across all communication channels.

· Benefits:

o Strengthens brand recognition among customers.

o Ensures professional and consistent messaging.

o Builds trust and credibility during campaigns.

Example Use Case:

· Setting up the company logo to ensures all customer brand identity.

2. Text-To-Speech (TTS) Integration

Purpose: To convert text-based messages into natural-sounding speech for calls, IVR, and notifications.

Details:

· TTS Features:

o Converts campaign scripts or notifications into voice messages.

o Supports multiple languages and accents depending on TTS provider.

o Allows dynamic placeholders for personalization (e.g., {CustomerName}).

· Integration Steps:

o Connect TTS engine or API with the system.

o Assign TTS to campaigns, IVR prompts, or automated calls.

o Test TTS voice clarity and pronunciation.

· Benefits:

o Enhances caller engagement with professional audio messages.

o Reduces manual effort for voice recordings.

o Enables personalized communication at scale.

Example Use Case:

· A payment reminder message is converted to TTS, dynamically inserting the customer’s name and due date in a natural voice.

3. Branding:

Purpose: To provide client wise brand logo along with Elision and Dialshree

Details:

· Implementation:

We have feature to provide Client brand in cloud as well separate setups along with Dialshree and elision, Note : There is no whitelisting available and Elision/Dialshree

4. TTS API Configuration

Purpose: To integrate and configure TTS APIs for automated and dynamic voice messaging.

Details:

· API Setup:

o Obtain API credentials from the TTS provider.

o Configure system settings to connect with the TTS API.

o Map dynamic placeholders and scripts for automated voice calls.

· Testing & Validation:

o Test API integration with sample scripts.

o Adjust voice, pitch, and speed for natural-sounding output.

· Benefits:

o Enables scalable, automated voice campaigns.

o Provides flexibility in messaging and personalization.

o Reduces dependency on pre-recorded messages.

Example Use Case:

· Using TTS API, an appointment reminder is dynamically generated and sent to hundreds of customers simultaneously with accurate personalization.
