1. Facebook & Twitter Module Setup

Purpose: To configure and manage social media accounts within the system for campaigns, customer engagement, and communication tracking.

Details:

· Navigation: Access the Social Media Module from the admin dashboard.

· Setup Steps:

o Connect Facebook and Twitter accounts securely.

o Configure user roles and permissions for social media management.

o Assign campaigns, posts, or messages to specific accounts.

· Benefits:
