  • Customer-Centric Selling: Learn to identify and target the right Target Audience, understand the Won Customer Journey, and utilize real-world Case Studies to build compelling, tailored pitches.

  • Product Expertise: Achieve total fluency in our Product Offerings, including the Product Introduction, technical details found in the Brochures, and the comparison of various Deployment Modes (cloud vs. on-premise).

  • Operational Proficiency: Master the core digital tools, including the CRM (focusing on Leads, Contacts, and Opportunities), Fresh Proposal, and documentation templates necessary for effective daily operations.

Course Structure and Assessment

The program consists of 14 critical assignments and supporting documentation. It is designed to be self-paced with an estimated total completion time of 12 hours 40 minutes.
