🔑 Steps of Project Implementation & Documentation of SOW

1. Internal Kick-Off Call (KOC)

  • Conduct an internal project kick-off meeting with the delivery team.

  • Share SOW, scope, timelines, and responsibilities.

  • Assign roles for project execution.

  • Document Minutes of Meeting (MOM) for clarity and accountability.

2. External Kick-Off Call (KOC)

  • Organize an official kick-off meeting with the client.

  • Present project plan, deliverables, and communication protocols.

  • Establish escalation matrix and reporting timelines.

  • Ensure alignment of expectations between client and internal teams.


3. Project Journey with Client

  • Execute the project in phases as defined in SOW.

  • Maintain transparent communication through periodic updates.

  • Share progress reports and track milestones.
