HR - Induction & Orientation
The HR Induction and Orientation program is designed to welcome new employees to the organization and help them understand our culture, structure, and core policies. This session marks the beginning of their journey with the company and ensures they feel confident and informed from day one.
Through the HR Induction, employees will:
Get an overview of the companyβs vision, mission, and values
Understand the organizational structure and key departments
Learn about important HR policies and procedures (attendance, leave, payroll, etc.)
Get familiar with internal systems such as HRMS (Keka), email setup, and communication tools
Know about employee engagement activities and workplace etiquette
Understand the code of conduct, confidentiality norms, and compliance requirements
This session ensures every new team member is equipped with the right information to integrate smoothly into the organization.
